Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of MyPrio (the “Platform”), operated by SEALIFY DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA, registered under 63.309.543/0001-05, with its address at (“MyPrio”, “we”). By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using the Platform, you agree to them.

1. Platform and accounts

MyPrio is software as a service for collecting and organising feedback, publishing roadmaps and changelogs, and supporting product teams. Administrative accounts are for adults or authorised representatives. You are responsible for your credentials, invited users, and all activity in your account.

2. Public portal and submitted content

Product portals may allow registration, feedback, votes, comments, and notification subscriptions. Submitted content may be publicly displayed according to the product configuration. Do not submit unnecessary personal data, confidential information, unlawful or infringing content. You retain rights in your content and grant MyPrio and the product owner the licence needed to host, display, and use it to operate and improve the service.

3. Acceptable use

You must not access accounts or systems without authorisation, compromise security or availability, distribute malicious code, abusively automate access, break applicable law, or use the service for unfair competition. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, platform risk, legal requirements, or harm to others.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

The Free plan has the limits displayed in the Platform. Pro is a recurring monthly subscription processed by Stripe at the price, currency, taxes, and terms displayed in Stripe Checkout. It renews automatically until cancelled by the organisation owner in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; no pro-rata refund is provided except where required by law. MyPrio does not store complete card details.

5. Artificial intelligence features

MyPrio may send selected content to a configured AI provider to suggest changelog drafts. Review every result before publishing; suggestions may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable content. Do not submit sensitive data without an appropriate legal basis and authorisation.

6. Intellectual property and availability

The Platform, its brand, code, design, and materials belong to MyPrio or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or purpose-fit operation. We may reasonably update, change, or discontinue features.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPrio is not liable for lost profits, indirect data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

8. Changes, contact, and governing law

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. The current version will be published here and material changes will be notified where appropriate. Contact [email protected] with questions. Brazilian law applies and the courts of Jaboticabal/SP have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer venue rules.
