Version 2026-08-31 · Effective August 31, 2026

SEALIFY DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA, 63.309.543/0001-05, is the controller of personal data processed through MyPrio. This Policy explains our processing under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

1. Data we process

We may process account data (name, email, protected password, organisation, and language preferences); authentication and security data (sessions, tokens, passkeys, two-factor authentication, IP address, user agent, and logs); usage data (feedback, votes, comments, notification subscriptions, roadmaps, and changelogs); organisation billing data; and cookie choices. When you use social sign-in, we receive the provider identifier, name, and email from Google or GitHub to link your account.

2. Purposes and legal bases

We use data to create and secure accounts, provide the Platform, send transactional messages, process subscriptions, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, respond to requests, and improve the service. Legal bases include contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and improvement, and consent where required, especially for non-essential cookies.

3. Public content and customer roles

Feedback, votes, and comments may be visible on public product portals. Customers administering each product define the purposes of their users’ content and are responsible for informing them about their own collection. MyPrio acts as a processor when handling data on behalf of those customers to provide the Platform.

4. Service providers and sharing

We share data only as needed with infrastructure, hosting, database, storage, support, and email-delivery providers; Stripe for payments, subscriptions, invoices, and fraud prevention; Google and GitHub for the social sign-in you choose; and the configured AI provider when you use assisted changelog generation. Providers may process data outside Brazil with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies support session, authentication, forgery protection, language, and your preferences. With your permission, Google Tag Manager makes Google Analytics 4 available for measurements and Google Ads for conversion measurement and remarketing. Analytics and advertising storage remain denied before your choice. You can accept, reject, or change non-essential categories at any time through “Cookie preferences”; the choice is stored for up to six months.

6. Security, retention, and rights

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, although no system is completely infallible. We retain data for as long as needed for its purpose, legal obligations, and defence of rights, then delete or anonymise it where applicable. You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent, and review of automated decisions.

7. Contact and updates

To exercise rights or contact the data protection officer, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority. We will update this Policy when needed and publish the current version here.
